A body was found near Bathurst and Front Sts. this morning.
Full GO train service has resumed after the body of an elderly man was found on the railway tracks west of Union Station this morning. Toronto police Staff Sgt. Susan Thorning the body was found at Bathurst and Front Sts. around 9 a.m.
Staff Sgt. David Sterling with Traffic Services said it looks like the man was “probably” hit by a train, but couldn’t confirm as he was waiting on the coroner’s report.
Service west of Union Station was affected, and train service on tracks one and two was closed while police investigated.
