Toronto police have charged a Toronto man in connection with a historical sexual assault investigation.
Police allege that a 12-year-old female student was sexually assaulted
by a teacher at Bloordale Public School between September 1974 and June
1975.
The accused also taught at Norseman Junior Middle School, police say.
On Thursday, police charged 86-year-old Gordon Harvey Walker with two counts of indecent assault of a female.
Walker was scheduled to appear in court Friday afternoon.
Police believe there may be more victims.
