Police at 22 Division said that a fourth device was found at the Amazing Party & Costume store at 923 Oxford St. at about 7:23 p.m. Monday. The store has been cleared of people, and the Emergency Task Force is on the scene again, trying to figure out how to deal with the device.

“At this time, we’re investigating another suspicious package. The Emergency Task Force is dealing with it. There is no danger to the public at this time and the investigation is ongoing….I can confirm it was one of the employees that located another package and brought it to the attention of police,” said Sgt. Jeff Alderdice.

There's no word on when the store may reopen.

The store did reopen Monday morning after the earlier discoveries of three devices prompted a closure just days before Halloween.

Police were trying to determine why and how explosives were found at the store near the Gardiner and Islington Avenue.

Earlier, store president Shawn Hamilton told CityNews, I consider this a business terrorism act."

Members of the Toronto Police canine unit, bomb disposal squad and the Emergency Task Force were called to the costume and party supplies store after three suspicious packages were found there Friday and Saturday. Authorities confirmed two of those packages contained explosives.

The store’s owner estimates he lost about $500,000 in sales due to the closure. To make up for lost revenue he's offering 50 per cent off costumes until Nov. 4, both in-store and online.

"Hopefully we can salvage the rest of our season," Hamilton said.

Investigators are still trying to pin down a motive and a suspect in the case.
