A man in his mid 20s has been shot on Northfield Road near Lawrence Ave. East and Orton Park Road in Scarborough, EMS confirm with CityNews.
Residents in the area called 911.
Police say the victim was shot twice in the neck and shoulder and was bleeding heavily when emergency crews arrived.
