Toronto police are looking for a man who robbed a Scarborough restaurant at gunpoint and forced a manager into a fridge early Monday morning.
Police said the armed hold-up occurred at Kelsey's on McCowan Road, just north of Ellesmere Road, at about 12:30 a.m.
The manager was approached by a gun-toting man who stole an undisclosed amount of cash. Before he fled, the disguised suspect put the manager in a walk-in fridge, police said.
The manager was able to free himself a short time later and contact police, but the suspect was gone by the time officers arrived.
No one has been arrested.
