Officers found the 19-year-old man, who suffered "obvious gunshot wounds," in front of 251 Woolner Ave. at about 10:30 p.m. after they received a report about a man who had collapsed, police said in a news release.
The man reportedly had no vital signs at the scene and was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Two suspects were reportedly seen fleeing westbound on Woolner Avenue, but no arrests have been made.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
An autopsy is being conducted Friday to confirm the cause of death.
