Teen arrested after man fatally stabbed outside Markham library

 
A 17-year-old is charged with first-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of a 28-year-old man in Markham early Sunday morning.
York Regional Police were called to Markham Village Library on Highway 7 at around 3 a.m. The victim, identified as Allen Constance of Markham, was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police arrested the teenager in a Markham residence shortly after 9 a.m.
The accused, whose name cannot be released since he is a minor, will appear before the Ontario Youth Justice Court on Monday.
