Rollover closes EB Highway 401 near Chatham

CHATHAM — A tractor-trailer rollover has forced the partial closure of Highway 401 between Tilbury and Chatham, Ont.
Provincial police say the eastbound lanes are shut down between Queens Line and Bloomfield Road, and aren't expected to reopen until about 10 a.m.
The truck rolled onto its side when it swerved to avoid a deer, police said in a news release.
No one was hurt in the overnight crash, but the cleanup and investigation will take several hours.
The transport truck was hauling a load of strawberries and raspberries, OPP said.
Motorists are being rerouted along Highway 2.
