Cellphone used to record women in toilet stall: police

HAMILTON — Hamilton police say a 19-year-old man faces charges after a cellphone camera was discovered in the ceiling of a women's washroom.
Police say the phone, in video record mode, was placed in the ceiling tiles above a toilet stall Tuesday afternoon.
It's alleged to have happened at a business where the man worked.
Police say three women entered the stall before the phone was discovered.
Joseph Faulkner, of Hamilton, was charged with three counts of voyeurism.
He was held for a bail hearing.
