Youth violence among hot topics on Toronto city council agenda

 Toronto city council
TORONTO - Toronto's municipal leaders are back at City Hall for the second day of the February city council meeting.
On the agenda Thursday are a variety of items including the city's shark fin ban, a report on undocumented workers in Toronto and two integrity commissioner reports on Mayor Rob Ford and his brother, Councillor Doug Ford.
Councillors are also expected to mull several member's motions: one asks city staff to work to address youth violence, another motion requests a report on term limits for councillors and Councillor Denzil Minnan-Wong has a motion asking staff to study capping the land transfer tax.
